Wax applied inside sills and box sections, where rust often starts unseen. Can be added to either option.

Rust repairs & welding

Corrosion removal and patch welding for sills, wheel arches and panels before protection goes on.

How it works

Inspect – we check the underside, sills and arches.
Clean and treat – the underbody is cleaned, and loose rust and surface corrosion are removed and treated.
Repair – if there's corrosion that needs welding, we'll agree it with you first.
Protect – the protective coating, sealing and cavity wax are applied.

Black underbody protection gives a durable, uniform sealed finish and suits most cars. Clear protection is popular on Japanese imports that arrive with a clean underside, because it protects the original finish while leaving it visible.

How much does underbody protection cost?

It depends on the vehicle's size and condition and how much preparation it needs, so we price each car individually. Send us the make, model and year, ideally with a few photos of the underside, and we'll give you a quote.

My car already has rust. Is it too late?

Usually not. Surface corrosion can be removed and treated before protection goes on, and we can repair sills, arches and panels with patch welding where needed.
