All sales are final. We don't offer exchanges, store credit or refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong part or no longer need it, except where the law requires us to (see below). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to return a part

Every return starts with our online returns form, with at least one photo of the part. We can't process a return until the form has been completed. Please don't send anything back until we've approved it. We'll then tell you where to send it, as many parts are sent from our suppliers rather than from us.

Start a return

You'll need to log in to the account you ordered with. You can also start a return from the order page in your account. If you can't use the form, contact us and we'll help.

Check before you order

Fitment information on our product pages is a guide. Before ordering, please check the part against your vehicle, ideally using the part number. If you're unsure, use Check it fits on the product page, or ask us, and we'll help you get the right part.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect parts

If a part arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or isn't what you ordered, please complete the returns form as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the part and packaging. Reporting it quickly helps us claim from the courier or supplier, but it doesn't shorten your legal rights.

  • As a consumer, you can reject a faulty part for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • After that, or if you prefer, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. If that isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, you're entitled to a refund or a price reduction.
  • We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect parts.
  • If we confirmed a part would fit using Check it fits and it doesn't fit the vehicle you described, we treat it as an incorrect part.

This doesn't cover damage caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, accident or modification, or normal wear on used parts consistent with their age and mileage.

Your legal right to cancel an online order

If you're a consumer buying online, the law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of the day you receive the parts. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last one. We can't remove that right, but these conditions apply:

  • Complete the returns form within the 14 days, choosing “Cancelling within 14 days”, with a photo of the part. You can also tell us clearly in writing by email.
  • Send the parts back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning them, unless they're faulty or incorrect.
  • Please return parts unused, unfitted and in their original packaging, well packed. You can handle a part as you would in a shop to check it. If it's been fitted, used or damaged beyond that, we'll reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. That can be up to the full price, for example where a part can't be resold.
  • We refund the price of the part and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back, or of receiving proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to the account you paid from.

If your order is still awaiting payment, you can cancel it yourself in your account.

Business customers don't have this right to cancel. For business purchases, all sales are final, apart from faulty or incorrect parts.

What happens after we receive it

We inspect every returned part and email you the outcome. If we can't accept a return, for example because the part has been fitted or damaged, we'll explain why. You can have the part sent back to you at your cost.
