We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we do
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In particular, the site:
- works on phones, tablets and computers, and when zoomed to 200%
- can be used with a keyboard, and has a “Skip to content” link
- uses headings, labels and alt text so it works with screen readers
- uses text and colour with sufficient contrast, and doesn't rely on colour alone
- doesn't use auto-playing video or sound
Known limitations
- PDF job sheets and quotes may not be fully accessible to screen readers. The same information is on the web page the link opens.
- The map on our contact page is provided by Google. Our address is also written out in text, with a link to open it in your own maps app.
- reCAPTCHA spam protection is provided by Google. If it ever stops you sending a form, call or email us instead.
